- CANCELLATION REQUEST:
- All cancellation requests must be made via email at info@weparkinmiami.com, NOT at the parking facility.
- Cancellation requests must be received within the first 24 hours after your reservation was originally submitted.
- Reservations canceled after 24 hours will not be refunded.
- Not being able to find the facility on the day of your trip will not be considered as a valid reason for cancellation as it violates the 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded.
- LIMITATIONS:
- We cannot accept cancellations after the date of arrival at the parking lot.
- Partial refunds will not be issued for schedule changes or early returns.
- NO refunds will be issued due to shuttle service issues. When using our parking service, customers must understand and acknowledge that the shuttle is a free complimentary and optional service. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PAYING FOR SHUTTLE SERVICE, ONLY FOR PARKING.
- CHARGES AND PROCESS:
- All reservation cancellations are subject to a $10.00 Cancellation Fee.
- If you’re trying to cancel the reservation the same day it was made, you must email us at info@weparkinmiami.com
- You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 1-2 business days.
- PARTNER COMPANY RESERVATIONS:
- Please note that we have partner companies who sell parking spaces on our behalf.
- We are unable to process refunds on their behalf.
- If you have made your reservation with a partner company, you must contact them directly as cancellation policies may vary.
5. IMPORTANT RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REGISTRATION AND VEHICLE:
- Proper registration upon arrival is mandatory
- Vehicle license plate must exactly match the one registered in the reservation
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in fines or vehicle towing
- Any fines or towing costs will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer
PARKING:
- Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas
- Parking in unauthorized areas will result in vehicle towing
- Towing costs due to improper parking will be the customer’s responsibility
DAMAGES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
- We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle
- Any damage to the vehicle must be reported before leaving the parking facility
- Claims for damages will not be accepted once the vehicle has left the premises
