Our parking service definitely includes port pickup. Please note that it is a free additional service. Wait times may vary depending on demand and vehicle traffic leaving and entering the port, but we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding Uber or Taxi services. Please remember that pickup is a courtesy, not a service for which we charge.

If you do not receive the confirmation email for your reservation, you can check the Spam Inbox. You can also write to us at info@weparkinmiami.com with your name and email address used for the reservation, and we will send you a copy of it.

If you can’t get the address of our parking lot, you just have to click on the location section that will take you directly to Google GPS, so you can guide yourself more easily. If you still have problems you can call us at +1 (786) 749-1227

To make a parking reservation, visit our website and complete the reservation form with the required information, including the dates and the number of vehicles. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation has been processed.

 

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@weparkinmiami.com. Requests must be received within 24 hours of making the reservation. After this period, we cannot cancel the reservation or issue refunds.

Upon arrival, you must present your reservation receipt to the parking attendant for validation. Then, proceed to the 7th floor to check in and take the shuttle service.

All vehicles must be parked from the 6th level upwards. Vehicles parked on lower levels without authorization are subject to fines and towing.

The maximum height allowed for vehicles in our parking facility is 7 feet.

 

Yes, we offer a complimentary shuttle service that begins at 10:30 AM for cruises departing that day. The first shuttle leaves the garage to the port at 11:00 AM, and the last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM.

 

If you lose your reservation receipt, please contact us through our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you in verifying your reservation using the information you provided at the time of booking.

 

If you arrive after 2:30 PM, you can park on the 8th floor and will need to arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

No refunds will be issued for reservations due to delays in the shuttle service, as this is a complimentary service. We recommend planning your arrival with sufficient time to ensure transportation.

Reservation modifications must be made according to our cancellation policy. If you need to change your reservation, please contact us by sending an email to info@weparkinmiami.com.

We accept standard passenger vehicles, vans, and SUVs. However, we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers.

 

We accept payments directly through our secure platform, which accepts debit and credit cards. We do not accept PayPal.

 

Yes, our facility is equipped with 24/7 security, including surveillance cameras and on-site personnel to ensure the safety of your vehicle.
