I utilized We park in Miami’s services to leave my car parked throughout the days my family and I were on my cruise. Once I arrived at the parking lot a staff member checked my family and I in. In and asked me for my license plate number, cruise ship name and number of passengers to ensure they registered each passenger with the corresponding ship return dates. I would suggest to have your license plate number written down somewhere so that you can provide it at the time of registering your car as they ask for it to ensure security keeps an extra eye on your car. I had an overall great experience with them and would highly recommend them.
This is our second year parking a We park in Miami. The best customer service that I have ever received on long term parking. From the easy website reservation and the attention of Eduardo when we arrived at the garage. The drivers where also very professional and took care of all our luggage. I highly recommend that you park here if going on a cruise. You will not regret it at all. Also and important the good price for the week. We need more local companies like this in miami. After reading some of the reviews i was a bit hesitanmt to reserve with this company, but when i arrived and saw the service onsite as well as the service received by the drivers i was pleasantly surprised. I was checked n ny a lady and she instructed me to stand in line to wait for shuttle. Driver helped me with my luggage and provided me with instructions for my return. When I got back I exceeded the hours for pick up but i contacted the company at the number privided and they had a driver pick me up. overall i have no coomplaints and I am glad I gave this company a chance. Will deft use them again.
